First of all I would like to apologise that I cannot answer you in Russian. I can read, but I cannot speak and write :). I hope that you won't mind.
Regarding the question, yes we accept PayPal, the cost is the same as with credit card, 4.9%+1.95 Euro. We can transfer the money either in your PayPal account, or together with the money from the wire transfer or from credit card transactions, into your own account.

I am glad you asked that :). I would resume the difference in two words: personal touch.

Although now the tendency is to automatize everything, we do it only with things that the merchant really needs, technically speaking.

We just begun now, things are going very well, but we want to get closer to the merchant, see exactly what you need. If you have a product with potential, we can assist you to grow your online business. I said that before, and I will keep saying it: in order to be successfull, you need to know the people you are working with. Me and my colleagues, are very involved in this community, we are interested in knowing your needs. So what are YOUR needs?

Of course, we are aware what you basically use, what you get from different registrars, and of course we have most of those features, but we want to go further. For example, we make a deal with a merchant, but that's not where it ends. We try to talk to him, find out what he does now regarding webmarketing, and give him advices. Advices include some SEO, general appearance of the website, content, product description and so on....If he follows them, he will see that those really helped his sales, and he will want more. This is where our webmarketing offer occurs.

Now let's get back to the buyer. During the years when we sold our own product online (RAV Antivirus), we noticed that a lot of registrars don't really assist you with your buyer. Of course, they answer your e-mails, some sooner and some later, but that's all. I will just give you two examples of what we do, that I can guarantee that it will save you a lot of trouble and make your customers a lot happier: we follow-up all unfinished orders in our system, with a payment link available 48 hours, so that buyers can resume the order where they left it. We have a 30% success rate. The second example is chargebacks: we handle them automatically and manually, having a very low chargeback rate, resulting a very low chargeback rate for you.

I wanted to tell you those things, because I really believe in them, and I know we can make a difference. This is not where it ends, but I will let you discover Avangate for yourself, or you can just ask :).

Hello Nikolai, I was sure that this kind of question would come. What I can tell you is that we use advanced filtering system, automatically and manually, and we have some checking methods that no one has yet. Of course, I cannot tell you which are those :)), you just have to trust us and to try us :).

About WebMoney, we don't work with them yet, but we can send you the money in a PayPal account, if you have one (the costs are a little higher than if we send the money in a bank account).

Hello Alexander, I saw that you cited the Pricing page at SWREG. That's good because we can see different costs for things like sending a hard copy of the contract (???), for sending invoices by mail to customers, 2% in plus for American Express and other cards, and so on.

We don't have monthly fees, we have a commission at least competitive with SWREG, and like I heard from many of you, no registrar can have a commission which pleases everyone. Probably we are not so competitive for merchants who have most transactions of 15-20 USD.

Hello Roman, It is your choice if you want to use USD or EURO for your account. Your customer can pay in which currency they wish, and we can transfer you the amounts in Euro or USD.

Если покупается несколько лицензий одной и той же программы, то коммисия берется с каждой продажи отдельно или со всего заказа?
Т.е., например, продали 100 лицензий по $10 каждая. Какая будет коммисия по Scheme I и Scheme II?

Перезваниваете ли Вы покупателям для того, чтоб подтвердить заказ, если об этом просит автор программы? Берете ли Вы за это деньги?

Какова Ваша политика Refound и ChangeBack?

Your website is very good :)). I don't know if our free advices are appropriate here, but I will try (some advices regarding SEO):
- you should use headings (especially H1)
- put all stylesheet and formatting information into an external .css file. (you have css embedded)
- put all JavaScript client-side scripting into an external .js file. (you have java script in line)
- you should use "alt" for images with keywords and not just "bee"
- use meta keywords (for other search engines than Google) and especially meta description (please put the description before the keywords); use also the keywords on your webpage so that you won't be penalized
-for usability you should have the page optimized for all rezolutions so that you won't have any horizontal scroll and you should also have "Titles" attribute on your links.

These are some observations at first sight. Like I said, it's a good website :) and maybe you should think to go further --> for increasing your traffic you should consider an optimization with well defined keywords. We can help here....

The commission is taken from the value of the transaction. If you sold once 10 licenses for $10, that means that the value of the transaction is $100, and from that amount we will keep the commission. If you have 10 transactions for 1 license, each priced for $10, that means that we will apply the commission 10 times, for each one of the 10 transactions.

When we have any doubts regarding a transaction we contact the customer with no charge for the merchant. For orders that pass our verifications, that we don't suspect, we do not contact the buyer.

I will give you a quote from the Avangate Agreement regarding this issue:
" 7.1 The request of the End Users of reimbursement/refund of the amounts making part of a transaction are considered valid solely in written form (email, fax or other typed document) and are sent by email to the Merchant (in standard form) for approval.

7.2 Avangate reserves the right to return these amounts without approval of the Merchant in following situations:
• The order is detected as fraudulent;
• The End User has introduced a duplicate order or ordered a wrong Digital Product ;
• The End User has requested a refund ahead of notifying the Merchant or of the Digital Product delivery;
• The refund is requested by law;
• The Merchant fails to comply with the obligations in the present contract;
7.3 In the event of a refund/chargeback, should Avangate have to refund to the End User the disputed amount due to reasons not imputable to Avangate, Avangate has the right to retain the respective amount from the transfer mentioned in art. 4.4 or to recover the amount directly from the Merchant by direct reimbursement. In all of the above situations Avangate will deduct its margin percentage from the sale/resale.
7.4 The Merchant assumes the full the risk of payment refusal related to the Transactions and the full risk of failure to acknowledge the Transaction by the End User (Payment refusal/Chargeback)."

(Article 4.4 speaks about the obligation Avangate has to transfer the charged amounts to the Merchant)

Здравствуйте,

От себя, с практической точки зрения, могу добавить следующее: для "честно работающей" компании/ЧП пока что критичным будет оформление бумажного договора и работа с актами и т.д.

По сравнению с теми же DigitalRiver и Plimus (от которых, несмотря на "объемы продаж", просто получили отказ) - оформление всех требуемых документов с Avangate не составило особого труда. Сразу же была высказана готовность рассмотреть предложения/дополнения для урегулировки юридических ньюансов.
Кроме этого не возникло проблемы договориться о "бумажных" актах приемки-сдачи для банка.

То есть, думая о выборе/смене eCommerce платформы, стоит также обратить внимание и на эту компанию.
